- The homeless crisis was intentionally created by our council and local nonprofits. This will be audited and investigated.
- Non-local homeless will be likely be moved to City Hall with me, I'll then look for housing in towns that have housing following Martin Vs. Boise protocol.
- Only Encinitas homeless will be served.
